Breakfast in Glasgow
This was my breakfast, from one o'clock, going clockwise; black pudding, haggis, sausage, potato pancake, and a grilled tomato, with mushrooms in the middle.
Cathedral of Glasgow
I went to Glasgow in November. It's an old city, and I got to look at another old cemetery; the Necropolis.
Family histories can be discovered there.
The Necropolis is behind the Cathedral of Glasgow, which is devoted to St. Mungo, who brought Catholicism to Scotland.
I thought this was just a good shot.

A New Rose Garden
We went to Connecticut again, and this time we went to the Rose Garden in Elizabeth Park
It's the oldest municipally operated rose garden in the country, and is pretty cool.
Here's a crowd of roses.

Vienna
This year we went to Vienna and Budapest; it was a package deal and we thought it would be fun.
Here's a statue in a convent in Myerling:
There were really neat cabinets in the convent with incredibly detailed carvings on them:
and this was on the ceiling in one room.
Here's where Leon Trostky hung out.
The movie The Third Man has a scene where Cotton and Welles go up on a ferris wheel and look down on humanity. Here's a shot of the ferris wheel that was used.
Vienna has some lovely buildings, like its National Library.
